1 /5 G Bendily: So I have had 3 years of terrible service from ryan honda service and sales. What Im seeing is if you say you had a poor experience they route you to send them a comment....if you tap excellent service they send to Google and Facebook for a review....I hit excellent to inform people how deceitful the platform is. As I write this review I want to stress we have been ryan Chevrolet customers for over 20 years with no complaints the Chevrolet side has excellent service! My story starts over 3 years ago i picked out a honda accord....my Chevrolet salesman took care of us and we loved the car. My first oil change I made appt and got oil change went to leave and they stopped me and said it would be over 100 dollars. I had to let them know no maam...its free....and yes she looked it up and confirmed yes it was free....no problem....a simple mistake right? No...next oil change....needed appt....appt was for 1pm.....got there...waiting I saw a passport that I liked and wanted to look at....talked to 3 different people...2 went to find the key and never returned. 3rd couldnt help me at all....so I sit and wait on oil change. At 3pm my car had not moved....so I asked for key and went to Rick breens and was headed home by 3:30 pm. In 2 hours of waiting no one could be bothered to even open the door to a car I wanted to buy! Next day I went back to Chevrolet side found my salesman and bought the passport. BIG MISTAKE! I should have ran as far and fast as I could but everybody has bad days so I give the benefit of doubt and keep going. Come may 2024 I get a vibration in my front drivers side. Took to 2 different tire shops and both said theres a knot on that tire the whole outside metal band inside tire was broke. They couldnt file under warranty so I head back to ryan honda as bad as I didnt wanna mess with them. Technician said I needed an alignment. I said no I dont its the tire. He said no it needs an alignment. I said okay then. Rotate my tires and I will come back for alignment but you are positive its not the tire and that tire is safe for me to drive on? He said yes but I am NOT going to rotate them because it will wear the other tire . I told him to rotate them and I would come back next week. I pick up car and go home. It now drives better but still feel the vibration. No problem it needs an alignment. I get a text from the app when I get home saying no alignment was needed when they put on machine. So I call the technician. I told him what the text said and he said he didnt know why it said that but it definitely still needed an alignment. So I drive it for 3 months till the shaking was so bad it scared me and broke down and finally took it to Firestone. They replaced the tire that should have been replaced in may at no charge under my warranty. But after driving it like that for an extra 3 months it was wore just barely enough that the warranty no longer covered it. So they cost me a senseless extra 500 dollars. Okay....whatever. so on to Feb 2025. I hit a piece of concrete on interstate. Honda warranty came out changed my tire to little donut and I head to ryan honda. They replace the tire put it on the bent rim but okay they send me on my way. I kept hearing rattling so my son climbs under my car and the undercarriage is shredded...so much damage I cant list all. I was told nothing of any of it. So I call them tell them what we see and they literally tell me I will be charged a 150 dollar service fee when I bring back in for them to tell me what and how much it will cost to be fixed. I was there last week for exactly that! Be warned!! I pray anyone else who takes a chance on them has a much better experience!

The service writer made sure to tell me that they were short technicians that do so it might take longer than anticipated to complete my services. I appreciated that information because that allowed me to contact someone to pick me up so I didn’t have to sit there all day. Drop off and pick up was super easy and prices were fair.

Brady Mathews These guys are awesome and they stand behind their work. They did a TBI to Carburetor swap and other repairs on my 94 Chevy 1500. No complaints at all. Very professional knowledgeable and upfront.

David Weinman Brought in my Subaru for new struts. They asked me to drop the car off before the parts got in at 1 and they said i would be out by 5. So I dropped it off around 10 and had the car back by 1. These guys are great. No sales pitch. No extra charges. Just straight-forward honest work. I will be coming back in the future for anything else I may need.
