So if you need your antidepressants or anything good luck from Dr.Osario. Completely unprofessional and there’s a reason all their patients are switching doctors!!!! Place ought to be shutdown for good!

5 /5 bonita moses: Under new management, Dr. Joann Walker is back !!!!! Ms. Monica McMilliam is back too!!! Nurse Vickie is still there!!!! Mrs. Doris Kochinsky & Ms. Brittany LaCour are still there, & Mr. Jerry Jones, PT is still there!!!!!! No long waits in the lobby, no long waits in the rooms. Very clean environment and professional, mature and friendly staff. Call and book your appointment today, seeing all ages and you will not be discriminated against such as I was by one of the office manager, Shay Ball @ the Natchitoches Regional Medical Multi-Speciality Clinic and each of their acting specialists after I reported her rudeness on several occasions and was escorted off the premises once I tried getting my medical records by an officer.

1 /5 Steven Springfield: Unfortunately this facility is poor ran and staff it extremely short and rude with patients. Specifically the front office staff that does patient intake. The female receptionist there is extremely rude with everyone. Everyone has a shocked face when they leave the counter and she is so short with you over the phone as well. She should not be dealing with patients. They have doctors there that they are unable to get in touch with for sometimes a week if anything is wrong with your prescription, it’s a nightmare.

1 /5 Nshima D: Cant begin to tell you how disappointed I am with this place. A lot of elderly patients HAVE to come this facility. Ive heard soo many times from different patients about how they cant even get in touch with someone when they need to refill prescriptions, get appointments or referrals. You have to call back to back, leave multiple messages with the nurse and still then you dont get a call back. No one should have to call the Doctors mom to get a message to the doctor because they have a hard time getting a hold of the them at their job. No one should have to send an email to get a referral through after calling for months. Its like people are having to beg for care. Please put processes in place that help and care for the people, not hurt them and cause further frustration and pain.

1 /5 Brianna Wright: The wait even with an appointment is hours. The front desk and nurse staff are unprofessional and careless. Once you do get called back, its at least another hour or two before you see the nurse practitioner. THEN, you have to wait up to another hour for a nurse to come back in to tell you its okay for you to go. God forbid they have to do any type of paperwork because there goes another two hours. This place is awful.
