5 /5 Jentill Belmar: My first day attending empowerment Nola was 1 year ago. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt like a part of the family. Empowerment’s atmosphere is welcoming, loving and inviting, I love how everyone has a smile on their face and is willing to help and any way they can. Empowerment has also given back to the local schools in the area, that’s a big deal to me because my kids attend these schools, and having a church come out to pray with and for them is going above and beyond. Empowerment also provides child care for your kids, and they can learn about god on their level. On Sunday mornings the church provides, hot chocolate, water, tea, or coffee, and guess what! You can bring it into the sanctuary! Empowerment is starting to talk about having tutoring, SAT/ or ACT Prep. 5 /5 Jimyria Payne: One thing that stands out me the most is the welcoming environment!! Ive been coming to this church for about 3 months and its never a dull service. From being greeted, to the culture, the amenities , this church is really amazing! The multiple seeds that have been sown by Pastor Alaina and Torrey have been really mind blowing. God is working through this church and I couldnt be more grateful to be apart Empowerment.

5 /5 Theresa: My son and I moved to Louisiana in March and were looking for a church to attend. We were so grateful to find Empowerment Church very close to our home. Pastor Torrey and Pastor Alaina are passionate, enthusiastic , articulate, and focused on their mission of empowerment Church, to help members to find their people, to develop their potential, and to discover their purpose. On our first visit, and every visit since then we have been met with friendly welcomes and hugs. Their vision is that every member will know God, find freedom, discover their purpose and make a difference in the lives of others. Empowerment Church accommodates the varying needs of their members by offering both in person or online options for attending both church or a weekly bible study.

5 /5 Sarita Bocage: It is a welcoming church. Everyone is so nice and caring. I love the preaching from Pastor Torrey and his wife Alaina. It is a Bible based ministry. All the teaching is helping me grow stronger in Gods word and I pass it on to my family in Austin. So happy my husband and I joined this church.

5 /5 Jerome Berglund: An absolutely incredible place to worship, never have I had the privilege and pleasure of attending a church with such passion, vigor, positivity, and engaging sermons! The team are fantastically knowledgeable, caring, and articulate, delivering relatable and interesting insights into scripture and applying it articulately in compelling fashion ways which highly inspire and benefit attendees. They have an amazing program which includes options for Bible Study which my family have found terrifically helpful and edifying. Besides riveting preaching the musical elements of the presentations are just spectacular, so well executed and uplifting, you couldnt find a better example of what organized religion can accomplish to better lives and help instill hope and encourage growth and success when placed in amazing, thoughtful and conscientious hands. Deepest respect to their outstanding team and the warm, generous, welcoming congregation who every week make new faces feel at home, profoundly meaningful each time weve shared in services has been being new to area, highlight of the week Sundays truly make for.
