They communicated throughout out the whole repair process. Cameron was awesome. He kept me updated the whole time. The whole entire staff was friendly. Costumer service was excellent! I was in town for one day, but had an incident on the way. My service consultant, Angel worked well with me, she always communicated with me via phone and text. She kept me up to date on all progress of my car. Even when she didnt like something about the work or when they ran into an issue, she was honest and informative. I live in Houston and my car was in Shreveport, and Caliber worked with me on available days to come pick it up. I had a great experience with Caliber in Bossier City. Hoping not to see them soon, but would definitely be my first choice if so.
