DA K Ive never done a lot of business with these folks, I have bought a used tire before and stopped a few times to check my air in my tires and just from that experience I can say its always been good.

Jesse Harris I visited K&I Tires for tire replacement and was initially pleased with the prices but encountered issues with a tire sensor that stopped working shortly after leaving the shop. Despite being assured that the sensor would function after driving, it remained inactive, leading me to return for assistance. The shop acknowledged the sensors presence but quoted $90 for replacement, claiming malfunctions can occur. I felt disrespected and dismissed when attempting to discuss the issue with management, I am deeply disappointed in the overall customer service and lack of empathy from the staff.

colton herfield Prices are cheap, with that you get cheap service. "Scheduled" an appointment with them and brought my own tires. Ended up taking them 3 hours on a small sedan, lost one of the valve stem caps and mounted one of the tires on backwards.

Ty Hull They have a good price, however I have my own new part. So they will fix it and not guarantee the work. Sorry I am not stupid, I will just do it myself

Thomas Sutton These boys dont miss. I rock with all of them. They are friendly and knowledgeable and know no strangers. They are also very personable. Tommy is the dude and Charles is a hard worker. Im about to PCS and I wish they could leave with me. Its sad.... My first experience was when I went in there to get my AC fixed and it was a great experience. If they said theyll do something and your carll be ready for pick up at a certain time they mean it. My second experience was when I went in for my 9th alignment in 3 years. They said itll take an hour and a half but it took Charles 48 minutes. Most IMPORTANTLY these guys are friendly and they have very good prices. I seriously wish they could leave with me.

After struggling to figure out the problem myself, I decided to take it to Randolph’s Auto Repair rather than wasting money buying parts and hoping for a fix. I had an appointment scheduled for today, and they managed to diagnose and solve the issue within an hour. I was only charged for the labor and the oil change I had requested. What really stood out to me was how polite and courteous the staff was. From Mya, who took my information and scheduled my appointment, to the technician who worked on my car — everyone was professional and kind. I’ve heard a lot of good things about Randolph’s, and now I know firsthand that they live up to their reputation. They’re an honest business with great staff, and they even have a nice waiting area! I highly recommend them if youre looking for fast, reliable service. Theyre super military friendly and I believe (heard) the owner is also a military veteran! They do not tow if your vehicle needs towing, but they do work with a local towing business which is good. Just ask them for towing recommendation and they will point you in the direction of that business! Thanks again to the team at Randolph’s Auto Repair for making the experience stress-free and positive, think Ill take my Chevy Volt there next to get looked at!

Neil Corcoran Accurate diagnostics, quality service, and honest. The only mechanics I would trust in the area. They were proud to show their work on exhaust manifold studs that had snapped off at the block. They welded them back together, removed them, and sent them home in the parts box I brought them.

David K Libby Jr. Major RIP OFF and the guy is a crook. Does not know what he is doing and cant read engine codes correctly. Took my vehicle to him for transmission work, and he tells me to replace my cars computer. Needed second opinion and wound up getting my trans filter replaced and now car runs perfectly. This guy charged me fifty bucks for 5 minutes of work... no wonder all of the bays were empty.
