Miles Martin Overall they are a good store. I like the personell whore friendly and direct. Negatives are their inability to give you a reasonanle deal. Whether the reason is a lack of knowledge, authority, or just plain store policy is unknown . But if all you need is a short-term loan on an item that you will redeem anyway then its just like a high interest loan from any other establishment and acceptable in certain circumstances.

Ashley Kasperski I wanted to love my bridal flowers, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. While Lynn was quick to respond when we placed the order, communication quickly fell apart once it came to delivery. The timeline that was initially shared on the website said the project would be completed in 3-6 months, but it ended up taking over 8 months. My husband and I were in the middle of moving, and despite explaining the urgency of getting the flowers before we left, there was no respect for our situation, and we were left waiting. When we did try to reach out for updates, emails went unanswered, and we were left in the dark about when our flowers would be finished. Unfortunately, when they finally arrived, the quality didn’t meet expectations. There were pedals that had fallen off the lower half of the frame, which made the final product feel rushed and incomplete. It was clear that the flowers were not given the attention to detail that we had hoped for. Overall, I feel like Lynn might be struggling to keep up with demand, and as a result, the product quality just wasn’t there. I wish the experience had been better, but sadly, the flowers and the overall process were very underwhelming. ***Added what was shared about the timeframe you shared with me. Lakesia was so nice and helped me order another exactly like it. She listened to what I wanted instead of trying to talk me into getting something else. Mrs Pam is always so friendly & helpful too!

Sasha Asheghi Sent my watch in to be repaired, I received it and the chronograph didnt work. The owner refused to acknowledge it was broken in their service. He started treating me like an idiot and began using a bunch of non-relevant analogies to describe the situation. I asked if he would have it repaired for free out of courtesy - he refused. As I was arguing with him several customers overheard and left the booth. At this point he began raising his voice and talking over me, then his employee joined in to double-header their yelling effort. The owner told me to "shut-up" when I tried to argue back and they didnt quiet down until I told them that they need to calm down and act professionally. In the end I got screwed, they wouldnt repair the chronograph without quoting me $50-$60. They wouldnt give me a refund for the original repair which was $20. 0/10 would not not return. Would consider actively canvassing against this business, thats how pissed I am.
