RPS First Premium - Covington (LA)

1 /5 Jay Graupp: Horrifying Service! I signed a legally binding contract to have my monthly business insurance premiums electronically deducted from my checking acct. Then a series of misunderstandings took place, and the first 2 premium payments were made by credit card so I would be insured and could continue my business. Next I receive a notice that my policy would be cancelled if I dont provide a voided check from my checking acct within 5 days. Trouble is, that letter arrived AFTER the cancellation date. Next letter was "we cancelled your policy due to non-payment 3 days ago". Its impossible to run a business with a company like this.

5 /5 98 reynosa (reynosa98): We had our evaluation done in mid September and received the settlement check in mid October. Casey was our adjuster and he was friendly and very thorough. Rebecca was the nice lady in the Covington office I spoke with and Nina handled the paperwork. Thanks to all of the fine people at RPS for doing a great job...We really appreciate you!

5 /5 Mark L. Abshire: Food was great as well as the service. Our waitress was awesome even though she was pregnant. Great personality and Olive Garden has a keeper with her. Good luck in last trimester of pregnancy.

1 /5 Beaux Boudreaux: I’ve been with this company for over 5 years now and they lowballed me for my damages from hurricane delta and completely denied me for hurricane laura with damages caused directly relating to the storm. The first adjuster for hurricane laura didn’t properly inspect the damages so therefore i was denied, and the second adjuster properly inspected but the issues that were found from the previous storm were dismissed as prior damages.

2 /5 John Ross Campbell: Worst website for trying to make a payment. Confusing with multiple websites. Confusing with multiple names: First Premium Inc., RPS Premium Finance, First Premium Insurance Group, RPS Covington. I end up almost every month having to call the company because paying online has been so difficult and time consuming.
