She was a big help with helping pick out charms. She also mentioned a lot of amazing deals the store had which was very hard for us to pass up on. 1 /5 Natalee Leblanc: Red headed girl broke my necklace after cleaning and I was told nothing could be done to rectify the situation, give three number to call that didn’t work and was told again that nothing could be done. This necklace was worn daily since bought and no issues until it was cleaned by them.
