1 /5 goiocarlos: I had a real bad experience with the attorney from Brenda’s office!
Rude people!
If you have a very easy case then you can trust them, but, if your case is a little different, I suggest you to find someone else…
Alec was the attorney that was taking care of my case, I’ve trusted him but, after all it seems that he had no clue about what he was doing.
I first went to see Brenda, she sent me to Alec, he couldn’t do anything to help me when I asked him to help me with Uvisa., he wasn’t able to get it from the judge., One more time I trust him with my case, he told me I had great chance to succeed, I’ve trusted him, he applied for “I130 Petitions for Alien Relative” that was approved by the USCIS., he sent me an email congratulating me and asked me to show up to the office to start the next step but, when I got myself in the office, he told me that my chance to succeed is almost nothing, does it make any sense? He said: The I130 doesn’t mean anything (anybody can be approved for I130) if so, why he applied for that? Why he made me expend money and wait 17 months for nothing?
I started to ask him some questions, he got mad at me and withdrawn himself from the case, and want me to pay for his mistakes., they don’t care about anybody, they only care about taking your money…I will take action for that.
I don’t recommend Alec from Brenda’s office.
