5 /5 Grayson Simon: Delanes provided me with the best service I have had at any store. I went in to find a ring and was able to work with the staff to creat a custom ring at a reasonable price. The ring was on time, exactly how we discussed it, and comes with a lifetime of maintenance. My fiancé goes in weekly for cleanings and feels comfortable everytime she walks through the door.

He wasn’t sure of all the ins and outs when designing an engagement ring, and Mrs. Barbara took the time to explain all of the details and worked with him to design it. Everyone was so kind and helpful through the whole process. The best part - they were able to keep it UNDER the original budget he had set!! I am so in love with how it came out!!!! Highly recommend!!!
