I’ve recommended others there for the simplest of things for watch repairs, battery replacements, fixing necklaces for the longest time. Today, I thought I was taking them a challenge but it was a piece of cake to them. I had a lovely lady give me a quote within moments on my issue, and I am looking forward to see the items fully repaired- which means I trusted her with handling them perfectly. She explained everything perfectly. The only way I know of to keep the American dream alive, is to keep supporting the small businesses and giving them shout outs for their rockstar service. They treat everyone kindly and quickly, with expertise that many of the malls simply will not or cannot give.

5 /5 Shaun Williams: I was recommended Benton by a coworker and had some watches that needed battery replacements, and one that needed links added. I was greeted quickly by a young man and told him what I needed done. He gave me a price upfront(which was much better than other battery replacement prices I have heard) and wrote me a ticket. Told me to come back in a couple hours or whenever convenient for me. I came back the following day and everything was perfect! He recommended I had one link added instead of two and he was correct about that. Two links is indeed too much. I will be returning!
