Isaac Crabtree Beautiful little church. The grave Yard has a lot of history, but there are so many markers that have fallen or been knocked over, and are in desperate need of repair, maintenance, and are illegible. I hope someone around sees this and takes action. I know Ill be contacting the Edwards county historical society.

Maurice Midgley Father Bill gives an excellent message and the people were warm and friendly. Everyone is welcome - literally. Its such a refreshing contrast to most other churches these days. Highly recommended!

Riley Reid The worship team does a great job leading praise time. The preacher does a wonderful job of leading the congregation with words and actions also.

Robert Ellis III We have attended the House of Prayer for nearly 30 years. It is still a very loving and accepting church based on the fact that Jesus Christ died to redeem us of our sins and we are given eternal life through belief in him. The mission statement of the church is, " We are ambassadors of Christ, united in the building of Gods kingdom, reaching the multitudes by touching the individual." We really try to live this out by having small groups throughout the week. If you are looking for a church or looking for answers, be sure and visit the HOP.
