Kingdom Seed Ministries - Mt Vernon (IL)

5 /5 Nikki Timberlake: Kingdom Seed Ministries is an awesome place. They offer lunch Tuesday thru Fridays by donation ( I think it is a $5 minimum). It is homemade delicious food and a drink. If you cant afford to pay for your lunch, they do have chores you can do to pay for your lunch. They have a nice place to sit down and eat, or you can take your food to go. They have a Facebook page where they post what they are serving that week. It is a great place, and it does a lot of good things for our community. On Sundays, they do have church services in their upstairs area.

5 /5 Jeffrey Freeman: Ate lunch there, had a wonderful croissant and ham and egg sandwich. It was really good and I felt good about helping them out. Lunch is eat in by donation, carry out is $5 minimum. I would suggest if you can afford it to donate what it would cost in a for profit restaurant.
