2 /5 Tom Costa: When Dr Settle was there, the office and people were wonderful. However, since he passed, I have been very disappointed. My wife went with a toothache and after she got the numbing shot for the lower teeth, the dentist, don’t know his name, said he wanted to work on the upper instead. She left with a numb mouth and her toothache. I just recently had to get a filling and for the 1st time ever that tooth was sensitive for over a month afterward and the dentist talked like I wasn’t even present and scratched my glasses with some tool. I called last week and no one answered at 9:30 am and they called back 3 days later after I sent them an email. Not the same place that I started going to over 10 years ago.

5 /5 Sandy Phipps: I have been a patient of Dr. Settles forever and he has been a great dentist for both of us. He has taken such great care of my teeth I particular. I was on extremely high doses of Prednisone for an autoimmune disease that left me with a host of problems one being lose of bone, teeth and dry mouth. These caused havoc to my mouth which my old dentist didnt know about. He left the area so we found Dr. Settle and my mouth, jaw, teeth were saved! He was gentle as well as helpful in allowing me to cover the costs that our insurance didnt cover. Unfortunately now due to our insurance not paying for the tripled cost of inflation the dentists as well as the rest of us are feeling when shop, our insurance isnt paying for the updated costs. Our insurance and others are being dropped. We are trying to find another dentist who will take our insurance. We really hate to leave Settle Dental Group as they are great people and are like family to us.

1 /5 sarah kessel: The receptionist is extremely rude. My fiancé had two appointments made and he missed one appointment and she proceeded to cancel the second appointment within the same hour he missed his 8 am appointment. Yes, he missed the appointment that day, that does not give you a right to cancel the next appointment for a month away. I know of no doctor or dental office that does that. Then he receives a bill for failure to cancel an appointment for $25.00. I’m sorry but this is not a good representation of customer service. I advise looking for a different dentist purely on the poor customer service.

2 /5 glenn wilce: Nice guy , means well. But agreed my teeth were solid and great.except for a crown that was 4 years old. Said other dentist did not put it on right.i mentioned I had slight discomfort, well I went for a second opinion as I disagreed with this. In the meantime the tooth behind broke off and all discomfort was gone. Seems that was the problem not the crown, a different dentist assured me the crown was fine. So Im on the fence but leaning to my new dentist.i am updating this review. After over year and a half , the crown he said was put in wrong and needed replaced is still fine. Seems this guy was looking for some fast money or does not know if u have a issue or not.
