The building is rich with historical clues to the founders of Galesburg and what it took to create a town on the prairie of Illinois. The stained glass, woodwork, leaded glass and unique stone have the ability to transport you to a time when Galesburg was flourishing. The Galesburg Congregational church is stunning. inside and out.

Amy West Everyone working at the church is ALWAYS extremely helpful and understanding!! I got the chance to help with a small part of the Angel Tree gift bags and I hope I get the chance to help in the future! It was so much fun and they were so organized and knew what they needed to do and worked so well together, they made it look effortless! If you are able they are always accepting donations of nonperi shables for the food pantry!
