1 /5 Lauren Shoe: If you have a dental emergency, go somewhere else. They do not care if you are crying in pain calling daily… only until a doctor calls and suddenly they can get you in that same day. He redid a badly infected root canal while complaining about people expecting him to have openings during the entire procedure. I ended up having to get it extracted elsewhere because it was still infected and they wouldn’t get me in to check on it…Just kept wanting to give me more antibiotics over the phone. After my extraction elsewhere, they said there was still residue that should have been removed during the root canal. Absolute nightmare.

5 /5 Scout Driver: I had an amazing experience here. I had to get a root canal and was referred here by my regular dentist. I have dental anxiety and have had terrible experiences at other dentists in the past. Everyone at Edwardsville Endodontist was SO nice and comforting. They went above and beyond. They explained everything and were so gentle. Even though root canals arent necessarily comfortable it was a smooth and easy process. I had very minor soreness when the numbing wore off but it was pretty much painless. Grace & Dr Etcheson were so great. I highly recommend going here.

I was in and out in an hour and twenty minutes. His staff is amazing. Everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive. Great experience and so happy I went .

5 /5 Terri Fank: Needed a 3rd root canal on the same tooth. Was really worried about it because the 1st 2 times was really painful. Dr. Etchinson did the 3rd one and there was zero pain. Its been almost 2 months and still great.

5 /5 Lydia: I went to Dr. Etcheson to get an evaluation on two teeth that needed a root canal and a tooth that had to be retreated because of a bad root canal. He and his assistant (she had long white-blonde hair in a braid but I didn’t catch her name) were extremely nice and reassuring. I have very severe dental anxiety based on past traumatic experiences with dentists who were cold and inconsiderate, but Dr. Etcheson went through the process step by step and made me feel very comfortable about the procedure. He was very professional and incredibly caring and nice, and he made it very easy to understand, and even explained it to my mom as well. He even gave me a business card with his after-hours number to call if I had problems, which was very reassuring and a very nice gesture. I haven’t had the procedures done there yet as I was waiting to get my wisdom teeth removed to make the process of the root canals easier and safer, but I can’t say enough good things about him and his office. The office itself was nice, well-decorated, and they had complimentary water bottles, which was very nice as well. The other two women working at the desk were extremely nice as well. Thank you guys!
