Verizon 454 Auto accidents can occur in the blink of an eye and before you know it, BOOM!! Youre all banged up. Im pretty sure we all know what follows. A very long and stressful claim process etc No problem when you have full coverage auto insurance right??? WRONG!!!! Unfortunately, my own insurance company didnt exactly make things any easier. I was devastated that recycled used parts were requested by my own insurance company. That alone made me feel hopeless. I literally imagined some odd looking spray painted parts being slapped onto my car by some dirty, aggressive, greasy, rough, careless auto body repair guy who occasionally scratches his butt, chews on beef jerky, farts, and bumps across other parts of my car with tools and key rings dangling from his pockets. I felt sick just thinking about it until I met Mr.Case. Out of all of the other body shops that gave me an estimate, Mr.Case was my favorite hands down. I was able to tell right away that he is very passionate about what he does. His office is clean with so many great photos and posters of beautiful shiny classic cars. He is a car guy for sure! Hes the complete opposite from the type of greasy slob that I envisioned who would do the repairs. The outcome was remarkable. Although the parts are used , The work that Mr.Case did was done with such grace and elegance. The paint was a perfect match. He did an excellent job with what he had to work with. I really appreciate him.

travis leque Everyone here is very friendly and professional. I dropped my tractor and trailer off for alignment. Everything is straight as an arrow down the road. Also my son had tubes put in that morning. I mentioned I had to go to hospital and I may not be there right away for pickup. They took care of everything and they were very kind and thoughtful to leave a little gift bag for my son on my seat. Great family oriented business.

Matthew Soucie Reliable has been my go-to shop since I was a teenager. In the past, wheel bearings replaced under warranty replaced with no labor charge. Honest feedback buying used vehicles having them check them out. Call to let you know potential cost before doing the work. Way cheaper than going to the dealership. I want the best price for quality work and am always surprised when the cost for repair work ends up less than I expect. A+++ and this is because my 3.23.21 power steering leak repair I expected to be $300+ was only $129.90

Graham French My family and I were traveling from Memphis Tennessee to Wisconsin on a Sunday evening when our van started leaking gas. After getting some help from a friendly state trooper we were stuck in Kankakee Illinois with no way home. Paul Culp not only fixed my van right away in the morning, he did it for a very fair price. He was friendly and fair. I can not thank him enough!

Tyler Marrier Did some custom paint work on my bags for my Harley and absolutely killed it. Nice organized shop. Friendly people and good time frame for turn around. They also have 3 lifts for any maintenance or mechanical work. Great hospitality and welcoming place.

Amber Rubin Honest team with the knowledge to get the job done right. Good customer service for being super busy. Kathy Skinner I found my new mechanics! Park and Hansen are two stand up guys. I took my car in to be looked at because the dealership told me I had an oil leak. They did a thorough inspection and cleaned some oil residue. Visually they did not see any leaks. Suggested that I drive it for a few weeks and then bring it back for a recheck and oil change.
