Dianne Luna My husband and I were traveling to St. Louis in our motorhome to visit family and I began having pain in my jaw. I thought I had an infection, so I called several dentists in the area on my insurance plan for an appointment. Ginger Creek Dental was the only provider who could see me right away the next morning as we hadn’t even arrived in town yet. They got me in quickly the next morning and diagnosed it as a muscle spasm in my jaw and provided me with a prescription. They also billed my insurance directly! This was the first time I have ever had to seek medical services on the road. All of the staff were so kind and helpful! I am so grateful for Ginger Creek Dental! Thank you!!

Aaron Newcom Weve been seeing Dr. McGinnis for around 10 years or so, and its been great! We take our kids to see her too (ages 10, 8, 6). Dr. McGinnis is very kind and calming, and the whole staff there is just great. Would definitely recommend!

Dana 10/10 experience! Had to get 4 wisdom teeth plus an extra tooth out during surgery, great people. Always made sure i was comfortable and my healing process was great: not much swelling at all & very little pain :) compared to my friends’ experiences at other oral surgery centers, mine was the best!

Britni Ruiz My husband had 4 wisdom teeth extracted less than a week ago. Everyone from the office staff to Dr. Hyten and his support staff have just been amazing. They gave me the estimate over the phone since we dont have insurance and were paying out of pocket. They were accurate (ended up being less actually). They got us in quickly due to a cancellation and contacted the dentist who referred us to send over the stays they had taken. The procedure took about an hour and were extremely thourough in explaining follow up care. Dr. Hyten is available after hours for questions and concerns-which we utilized. He was super sweet and helpful. They called 4 days after surgery to see how things were going. We went back in today to check on everything as my husband thought he had food stuck. They irrigated the month and told him everything looks good and is healing. Would definitely go back again for oral surgery needs.

BRENDA WETZEL Nothing but praise for Dr Heidenreich and his staff. My son needed 4 wisdom teeth and a molar removed. The roots on some were near or at the nerves. This in itself was tricky. Dr Heidenreich explained all of this completely to us with the best options. It went so smoothly No problems and I was amazed at the little amount of pain my son had afterwards. Along with the professional aspects the girls and Dr were amazing with my son. He has a disability that makes it very difficult to interact. They were patient kind and actually brought something out in him. It made him realize there are good people out there. Thank you so much for the best dental experience and I know my daughter will be here in the summer for her wisdom teeth removal! If you want knowledgeable, caring oral surgery please check this place. I’ll go nowhere else.

Bobbi Hilterbrand Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable.. I had a tooth extracted and a partial was ready on the spot. In the past when I have had extractions I have had pain and discomfort at the time and for days later this time none and I was in and out in one hour. I went to the Glen Carbon ,Illinois office. I would highly recommend it.

Hannah B I had a very pleasant experience! Length of braces went as promised. I actually got them off a couple months sooner. Very friendly staff and always accommodating with appointments. I also like that there’s a payment plan option that worked for us. The office itself is very family friendly. It’s nice that as an adult they don’t make you feel any different when a lot of the patients are little kiddos as well.

Shannon Imming Erin and Dr. Boatman were so very nice and explained everything that could be done for the treatment of how to go about getting full mouth dentures. The office was extremely clean and very inviting. They did not pressure me with doing something that day. They gave me all the information so I can make an informed decision. I was impressed that Dr. Boatman himself called me the night before my appointment and asked if he could answer any of my questions if I had any. I would definitely recommend their office 100%.
