5 /5 K Mack: I never write reviews but I have to give credit where it is due. Before choosing Amazing Smiles I made sure to do my research for the best orthodontist in the area. I was searching for someone that had years of experience with good results viewing the before & after photos from websites and other reviews. Amazing Smiles stood out amongst the rest so I chose them. Dr. Jeff is AMAZING!!! I have to start off by saying that. He has a very outgoing personality and good interpersonal communication skills. He makes you feel so comfortable as if you’re speaking to your neighbor. He takes his time to listen and addresses any concern(s) that you have per each appointment without making you feel rushed or a burden. The staff is phenomenal as well! Every time I came in the door Shaina welcomed me, remembered my name and also was SO welcoming with great conversation EVERY single time. The welcoming atmosphere and conversations felt like I was catching up with a friend that I haven’t seen it a while. She always remembered details of the last talk we had & was always able to pick up where we left off despite there being a gap in time since I last seen her. The most amazing part of my experience was the day I got my braces off. Elena is truly the kindest, sweetest, and most delicate person you could ever meet. She made my final day the best appointment I ever experienced. She made me feel so good as a person, I can’t thank her enough. She was so gentle and patient with me and I just can’t thank her enough because the medical industry truly needs more individuals like Elena. She took her time, did not rush me, comforted me during the entire process, made sure I felt okay and I truly felt the experience was the level that I received because of her.
Lastly, during my time with Amazing Smiles, I lost a very close person to me and I was unable to come to my appointment. Not only did the staff at Amazing Smiles understand, but they sent me flowers during my period of grief. The simple fact that they took the time out to even do that speaks volumes. They’re more than just a business, they’re a family/team and just an overall cohesive unit. I’m grateful to have gone there and it was WELL worth it! If you’re having doubts, just book a consultation and go from there. You won’t be disappointed.
