Harper Overall I can confidently say Nail Pro is one of the best nail salons I’ve been to! The atmosphere is welcoming and calming and the staff is friendly and professional. Tiffany, in specific, continues to excel every time she does my acrylic fill and pedicure. She takes her time, has great attention to detail, and has a great eye for free style design. She is beyond amazing and personable and I absolutely love her - she makes the experience just that much better. I’m always looking forward to my next appointment and will continue to recommend to anyone in the Chicago area.

Kelsie Suokas I recently moved and my nails and cuticles were an absolute wreck from opening lots of packages and all of the cleaning. Tanya made them beautiful and healthy again! She also helped reshape a few nails so they all match. I love the attention to detail and quality of a Russian manicure!

Karina De Jesus Came here for my first time today. Booked a mani/pedi combo with regular polish for $60. Absolutely loved the experience. Had Rachel as my technician & she did great. I enjoyed that my services we done separately & not simultaneously. I came in on a Monday afternoon and was in & out in 45 minutes. My sister did a spa pedicure with regular polish for $30. Both are super happy.

Galina Prostakova This is THE best place to get Russian gel manicure in the west loop and most likely all of Chicago. I love the space it’s very beautiful. I trust very few places to make my nails look good, and J salon is the only place I trust. They also could last for 6 weeks if I wanted them to. And they also always try to fit me in if I call when they are booked up online. And honestly every technician is so good so I never have to worry who I go to- because each one does it exactly right and can improvise when I want to change it up. I’m about to move 20 minutes away and I will still be coming back only here to get my nails done.

Lauren R This was my first time going to Vickie’s and I’m so glad I went! I usually don’t get my nails done super often - just a couple times a year for special occasions. But when I do get them done, I want something fun! I heard Vickie’s was a really good place to go if you want nail designs, and they did a great job! From the moment I walked in they were very attentive at the front - asking me what I wanted for a design and giving me color options. When they saw my design inspo picture they seemed a little concerned because my nails are much shorter than the photo and not the same shape, but I assured them it’d be okay. My nails grow fast so I like to have my nails short to start when getting them done, and let them grow out overtime. This way I get to keep my manicure for a longer time period before they’re too long for me to stand lol. Lam did the prep for my nails (gel removal from a previous manicure, file/shape up, base coats) and did a great job! Hannah did the designs and I’m so happy with it! She checked in with me while making the designs and was very friendly and communicative. Janet Elle Amazing service. I needed to split my session into two sessions because I had a conflict, and before painting, in the break, the nail technician (I believe Nikki?) practiced with different colors to make it look best and show me options! I was amazed. My nails look amazing. Great environment, too. My only note is to bring gloves to protect your hands from the UV rays. I’d have this advice to share at most nail places. Amazing place! I’m recommending to my friends. Whenever I go out people mention my nails.

Laura Cempellin I dont usually take the time to write reviews but felt like I really needed to because I was so impressed with the longevity of my dip manicure. I was visiting Chicago and got my dip manicure done by Susan. She was fantastic! I got my manicure on September 20th and just got my nails done again on OCTOBER 29th. Obviously my nails had a lot of outgrowth after over a month, but not a single chip or uplift or snag. I have since contemplated flying to Chicago to get my nails done again. The first photo is immediately after and the 2nd is over a month later. Wish I lived in Chicago so I could get my nails done by Susan all the time!

Merissa Mayo I’ve been going there for a couple months now, and they are great for nails - but suggest making an appointment. They are very attentive, very good results, and they offer wine during your service if you want to relax more!
