James Stillmank I had my first visit to this casino with my daughter yesterday and I must say I was impressed! The layout of the gaming floor itself is a little bit wonky, even compared to casino standards, but it was still nice and clean. It was a bit smokey but thats part of the deal you make when you go into a casino. A couple things really stood out about this place that made me think it is the best casino in the Chicago area overall. First off the staff, from the people helping me get my new players club cards, to the dealers, the pit bosses, the bartenders and the custodial staff were incredibly friendly. I had to keep checking to make sure I wasnt at Disneyland. Second, I was impressed with the perks I got for being a new Players Club member. There was some nice comps for either gaming or food and beverage and other fun things to do to earn some fun prizes. The trip over from the city is not terrible especially on a Saturday morning. Youre going to hit tolls- that just comes with the territory. But overall I had a very positive experience at this casino and other than the smokiness, I had no complaints at all. I will be back.
