rickardo909 I am driving a vintage S10 pickup that belonged to my Mom. It has almost 200K miles on a 4 cylinder. Its been rode hard and put away wet, but still runs and drives well. I had some issues with it (all body related) and my boys Julian and Nick took great care of me and my little red truck. They analyzed the issues and made repair recommendations, and came up with a quote that I could afford. They did three of the four repairs, in less than a day, at about 1/2 the quote price, and referred me to a body shop for the fourth repair, because that kind of work is not in their wheelhouse. I am so grateful for the guys at Butitta Auto in Oregon, Illinois. Following a previous visit, I happened to call the shop after theyd closed for the day. I didnt leave a message, but apparently my caller ID showed up. Julian was still in the shop and noticed the "missed call," and he called me back, just to make sure I was okay, and not experiencing another problem with my truck. That really touched my heart! Im a disabled veteran, and vehicle reliability is key to my peace of mind and safety, when Im out and about. Theyre honest, caring, trustworthy, and always put the customers needs first, while ensuring the safety and reliability of the vehicle, to keep us safe. They also give a Veterans Discount, which is greatly appreciated! 4-11-25 ~ Julian and Ian did a great job of servicing ol Rocky Jr. They did an oil change/lube, rotated the tires, did a brake inspection, and installed a new window seal on the drivers door. I was in and out in about an hour. The Butitta boys ROCK!

Sharon DiPrima I went in on a rainy Friday because one of my windshield wipers was not working. Not knowing if it was going to be a quick fix or if parts were going to need to be ordered, I got ready to sit and wait. Literally less than 5 minutes later my car was all good to go. I had a loose bolt on the wiper that was not working and they checked my other wiper but that one was tight. I especially appreciated them fixing it quickly and efficiently because I don’t live near Oregon, Illinois and the owner Antoni Kurzac took good care of me. Thanks for the great service!

Steve Payne I dont understand why anyone would want to give this a 5 Star. He claimed I didnt have a part when I ordered it myself. He hides it in the back room. I called him out on it and he had to put my new part on. What a Screwball!!! BeWARE!!!!

Art G Always friendly. Work is usually done in a timely manner depending on availability of parts from the manufacturer. Stellantis needs to step up US production of parts for the vehicles they sell. Not the dealers fault , but 3 weeks to get a fuel pump is a little excessive.

Luke Kresheck Tim and Kim are great and honest people. They have done much good for my 2000 Honda. From simple maintenance, to more elaborate repairs, they have never let me down. I would 100% recommend. There is nobody in the area who I will allow to look at my car besides Tim. He is a very skilled and wise mechanic. He is very thorough, gives great advice, and will never overcharge or replace something that doesn’t need to replace. 10/10.

Arthur LeDoux Tim and his wife, Kim, have treated my vehicles as if they were one of their own. The work is always done quickly and the prices are very reasonable. After every repair, Tim always shows me what he did, all the broken parts and explains the work. He is very trustworthy and gives numerous updates as the job progresses. He also tells it straight too. I had a Camaro in there one time and he pretty much told me the thing was so rusted out that it was a death trap and not worth my money or time, he was right. I appreciated that because I may have held on to it and sunk money or even worse crashed and died.

He got them in before we left town and installed them. We were pleasantly surprised at the price - just under $900. My husband and I definitely recommend Illinois Tire. There are lots of antiques and interesting items to look at in the shop. Worth a stop just for that!
