1 /5 Bill Findlay: Held up the closing on our home 4 separate times. Very unprofessional and definitely does nothing in a timely manner. Had to have our attorney hound her to get her required paperwork complete and on top of that we still had to wait once we got to our closing due to yet more paperwork mishaps from her office.
