5 /5 Dean Powers: My daughter received her drivers license. Added her to our car insurance which resulted in a major increase in price for coverage. Had 3 people suggest to check with State Farm. Called Friday and left a message. Brianna called me back that afternoon and was able to start the process of answering the questions I had. Stopped at the office Monday morning and gave Brianna a little more information of what we needed and what we were looking for. She had the majority of the information we needed that afternoon to feel comfortable switching to State Farm. Thanks again Brianna for a easy and quick transition.

4 /5 Dave N: Needed a card showing we were good in Canada with our State Farm Insurance. They were sending a Canadian version of our Insurance card but to be sure we had it, they sent an electronic version to our email. It was a good thing, too, because it took four days for the paper copy to arrive in the mail and we were already gone and on the road. However, I appreciate the service and we are covered without question!
