I give it 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- the turn around time for the repair was swift and I was so pleased!! Thank you so much to the owner and kind staff for such care!

5 /5 Steph: I rarely take time out of the hustle of life to right reviews but this is well deserved. My husband went in simply to remove 2 links from a watch and the staff was busy but greeted us and let us know theyd be with us. Meanwhile we browsed their great collection of items. So many treasures, jewelry, beautiful insects, and crystals!! Marc was so kind, he removed the links at no cost for the wait which was so unexpected. While browsing I fell in love with a crystal and bought it for my best friends upcoming birthday. He cleaned and wrapped it so beautifully, I was just taken aback by the level of service and warmth. Its just so rare now that as soon as we walked out I told my husband, Im writing a review. Keep up what you and your staff are doing! If you are looking for something beautiful or unique, come take a browse.. you wont be disappointed. Well be back!!!

1 /5 Matthew Galloway: I stopped in on Valentines Day with my wife to get a silver chain repaired and shop. The Lady who helped us was extremely rude. She scoffed at the chian being silver and treated my wife and I like poor white trash. The gentlemen behind the counter was kind enough to explain that it would cost more to repair the chain than it was worth. The Lady showed my wife new chains we could purchase but was rude the entire time. I was considering buying a new pendant to go along with the chain, but the Lady didnt even bother trying to show us anything. She couldnt get us out of there quick enough. What a horrible experience. Beautiful store with a lot of nice things, but terrible customer service!
