Holly M The title company itself seemed to do a pretty thorough job on our end (we were the sellers). They did not allow us to sit down when the buyers were doing their paperwork in case there were questions. Every other time we have bought or sold a house we have been in together with the buyers/sellers. Maybe times are changing. They did have one mistake on our paperwork which was quickly amended and those pages reprinted for the final closing. Took a long time to do the close for the buyer, whilecwe sat in our car outside. Thought at least they could let us wait in waiting room inside
