Bayli was very responsive in answering all of our questions and incorporating our desires for asset distributions at certain time-gates for the grandkids so their inheritance would be better appreciated, as well as including language to ensure our successor trustee understood our goals and desires. Danny Myung Kelly Holloway is the best estate planning attorney in the area. I have used her and her firms services for many years. Kelly and team are available when I need to meet and very helpful when I need to adjust my estate plans every couple years since life undoubtedly always changes. I hear her name often from other professionals in the area which means my positive experiences are not unique. I feel comforted each time after working with Kelly and the EHDH estate planning team. If you have any will or estate planning needs I highly recommend getting on their list. Kelly and the EHDH estate planning team are very good at what they do which results in them remaining busy. That being said, I would never in a million years consider rushing to a different estate planner who could fit me in "tomorrow" just to quickly draft me a poor quality product that would not hold up to challenge. The products and services Kelly and team output are comparable to Stonehenge; they will remain strong forever.
