5 /5 CaptainC1012: Wonderful place! Amazing fellowship. I’ve visited only a handful of times and each time I have felt at home and welcomed. Pastor Carlos does an amazing job teaching the word. His genuine demeanor and sincere delivery headline memorable sermons. The entire community is littered with wonderful, kind people. If you’re looking for a church to call home, I highly recommend giving Watkinsville First Baptist a look!

5 /5 Rebecca: I have been connected to WFBC for well over a decade. Both my kids were born into this church and when my parents relocated to the area, they also got plugged in. We represent 3 generations at a church full of opportunities for growth in the Christian walk, worship, and service. The music is phenomenal and Bible-centered and the pastor is a humble, servant-leader who is personable despite the church’s size and unapologetically dedicated to the relentless preaching of the Word. Opportunities for community and missions abound and genuine love for both God and others radiates here.

2 /5 Josh B: Worship team/singing was awesome. Unfortunately, Pastor Carlos is very dry and his speaking/message was pretty bland. Been several times and the message is always just bland. Unfortunate because I see a lot of promise in this church’s future.

5 /5 Shana Market: As a single mom of two awesome boys, I can say that this church is real. It’s Bible based. Most of the members love people. I’ve been attending a huge mega church in town for 10+ years and needed a Bible based church for my family. Nothing is perfect, but if you’ll see what you can do for a church instead of what they can do for you, it’s a win. Give it a try.
