4 /5 Angela Amey: Very clean and spacious. Great selection of items to choose from. The perfume and colognes are a little overpriced, I can find them cheaper elsewhere. But for the most part its a very nice store. The associate who was at the counter when I checked out was very nice.

5 /5 *Yasmine*: Cody is the best she helped match my daughter with concealer which was difficult because she has yellow undertones and tan complexion. She took her to time and tried different brands till we found the perfect shade. Cody made my teen first makeup experience successful.

5 /5 Summer Lormis: My first time using the Ulta Salon and Millie was great! She paid attention to my requests and it was a great experience! Very happy with my cut and a good price too.

1 /5 Moriah Bailey: DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!! I really wish I could give this Ulta Beauty location less than one star for the following reason: 1. When we walked in, I asked if someone could help us. The young Hispanic girl just started at us and never responded. So someone from a completely different aisle had to come help us. 2. While we were shopping, a young black girl walked up behind us and just stood there. My mom and I turned around because she didn’t even ask if she could help us with anything. She literally just stood two steps behind us; just watching. If she thought we were stealing, she should’ve at least said “can I help you find anything?” 3. Once we got to the register, I told my mom that she gets a free gift on her birthday. Today she turned 66, and we went to Ulta for her to go shopping. The Hispanic girl (that didn’t acknowledge us earlier) told my mom in order to get her free gift, she would need to she her email. We searched my mom’s email and couldn’t find anything from Ulta. She then proceeds to say “show me your ID.” So my mom showed her proof that it was her birthday and she gave a nasty attitude.

1 /5 JACQUALA BANKS: Let me just say that prior to me coming to the store for the first time I’ve heard a lot of great things about Ulta in general. This particular time I was checked out by a cashier with the name Brena in the Hinesville store. She was not welcoming at all! I walked to the register I said hello she didn’t say anything back. She asked if I had a phone number with them. I told her I had never been there. She looked over at another customer and asked if they had a phone number to see if they wanted to get some points. She also told me to press skip on the pad if I didn’t have a phone number in which there was no option there to do so. I told her twice there was no option and she just stared at me as if I was crazy. I feel like that was very unprofessional and very rude. When she handed me my bag, she just sat it on the counter and didn’t say anything. I understand that sometimes people don’t really have the best day. However, it doesn’t take a lot to be polite, especially when it’s someone’s first experience in the store. I’m not sure , that if I come back in, she would be someone that I would want to deal with.
