After calling 13 different oil change providers with a simple request—a plastic plug required for new Trailblazers—I was met with dismissiveness, rudeness, and a complete lack of effort. Every response was the same: "We cant help you."
Then I called The Oil Well.
Immediately, the gentleman on the phone took the initiative to research what I needed. Even though it was late in the day, he encouraged me to come in, assuring me he would find the part. When I arrived, he explained everything clearly, located the only available part in the area, and made sure I had it that same day.
Within an hour, my car was fully serviced—with the exact part I needed. Not only did I receive superior customer service, but I also paid less for higher-quality oil than other places had quoted.
This was, without a doubt, the best service experience Ive ever had. As long as I live in the area, The Oil Well is the only place I’ll go. No exceptions.
