5 /5 Kevin Sullivan: They quoted me a price to fix my truck. That was the price it was when I showed up to pick it up. They were friendly and quick. My sister had work done here and they did a great job on her vehicle. I normally do my own work. I have a hard time trusting shops. But they were fair priced and didnt pressure me into buying anything else. I would use them again.

5 /5 I like beef: Had a oil leak on my car. Scheduled an appointment with tates and they were able to diagnose and fix the oil leak on the same day! They were Nice and Honest. Definitely will come back for future services.

I drove to Dalton to pick up tile before heading back to Nashville the same day when the coolant system sprung a bad leak somewhere on the bottom of the engine. This was just as they were closing for the day. When youre from out of town, youre at a mechanics mercy. The awesome crew at Tate Automotive even recommended the Carpenter hotel and restaurants on the same block as their shop so I had a place to stay overnight and food right across the street. If youre from out of town and need an auto repair in Dalton, GA, Tate Automotive is it! I dropped my car key and a note in the overnight slot. In the morning, they diagnosed and fixed the issue for a very fair price. I couldnt recommend them more highly!
