megan donaldson I came to visit this week as my father who was a member at Bethel passed away. The family of church members was so incredibly loving, full of grace and plenty of truly supportive help. I can also speak to the quality of Christians in the church. The Pastor was very genuine, bible loving and God fearing. This small country church will make you feel at home.

Viv Scott GCC has become my home away from home! I have attended for about 20 years, but have really been intentional for the past five years. Since then, I have found an amazing small group, become a volunteer and rededicated my life to Christ. Pastor Mike has instilled in me what it means to have real authentic faith in Jesus! My kids also love being a part of KidsJam; I see their faith grow each week. GCC offers so much, yet it still has a small, hometown feel to it. We are so fortunate to be a part of this church family!

mattg629 Moved to Statesboro from Athens in 2012. This church went out of its way to welcome us in as family. What we love so much about this church is they focus on being relational, diverse, collaborative, hopeful, and agile. They provide us with a hopeful space for robust conversations about theology and present day culture. They possess strong, faithful leadership in a time of adaptive change, and encourage collaboration and creativity in meeting the needs of the people of Statesboro and across the Coastal Empire. This, in turn, helps us follow Christ in this modern world. Also, their work in the community is continual and growing.
