I was even sent a video of the work being done (filter condition, tire issue that came up). I really appreciate the transparency. I couldnt recommend the service department more highly. Thanks.

Mikee B To sum up they are helpful, fast, reasonable, over the to on customer service & didnt sell us anything we didnt need. We have a 1 ton Dodge dually (our only transportation) that wouldnt start. I called 2 other place that said they would call us back to let me know when they could fit us in & they never did. When I call Underdog he said that he would work us in that day & he did. We had our truck towed to his shop. Turned out to be the batteries, he charged us up & delivered our truck back to us at the RV park where we were staying & recommended Costco to get a good deal on the batteries. Turns out I couldnt figure out how to get the batteries out, so called Zach & another young man & they changed them at the RV Park. We were so happy with the service we had him service the oil & filters. Thanks again Zach & Underdog.

Garrett Rickard Fantastic staff and professional work. Stopped by on a Monday morning and they completed brake job all the way around as well as an oil change by 2 PM. They even gave me a ride home and picked me up when the work was done. Highly recommend.
