Dr Williams has entertained his inquisitive personality and explains every step they take. Ms Joyce has reached out several times to check on our experience and making all my info is up to date. Drena Haynes Dr. James Williams and his wife helped me tremendously. I have came to this dental office for years and every experience is calming, reassuring, and just a great vibe. I was in so much pain from a cavity for a few days and couldn’t sleep. I also had to leave work early because the pain was becoming unbearable. Dr. Williams helped me and I immediately felt a relief after my extraction. Thank you so much for helping me Dr. Williams. Deanna I’ve lived in Savannah for 4 years and have struggled to find a dentist . My mom recommended them to me after my tooth broke. Their customer service and care about patients is exceptional. The dentist understood my nervousness and was gentle and patient with me . I can’t say enough about how wonderful the entire staff is. Sadly a lot of places lack the basics but not jones dental .

Everyone from the dentist to the hygienist was friendly, and check-out was a breeze. During checkout, I received a comprehensive treatment plan with pricing. When they discovered my insurance was in-network, they called me about an hour after my appointment to inform me that the price had changed, demonstrating their due diligence in ensuring both my needs and theirs were met.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

While they weren’t entirely comfortable (which is totally expected at their age), they were able to express themselves—and that made a world of difference. There was no judgment, just patience and understanding from the entire team and office. The front office staff was warm and welcoming, and the main doctor took the time to be gentle and supportive with how the kids acted. The hygienist was kind, and the overall environment felt safe and respectful. Kathy Shriver Dr. Rosenthal puts you at ease. Great technique for a pretty much pain-free injection. Destiny dental assistant offered a blanket to keep me comfortable. What a great service! Both worked well as a team letting me feel confident that I was in good hands. The front desk person gave me a warm greeting and poor Julie has the intimidating job of explaining the savings plan! She did a great job showing patience with me. She definitely earned her pay today. I needed to totally understand . Glad I did opt for the savings plan. I would definitely recommend this practice.
