1 /5 JOSE DANIEL RODEJO: We just moved to Savannah and I was looking for a new dental clinic. I scheduled an appointment for this office for the initial consultation. This was I believe a month or so ago. I work full time, the same hours as the clinic, with no long access to phones the whole day and I only just started having 1 weekday off 2 weeks ago, the first one was last week and it was a Wednesday and this clinic is closed on Wednesday.
A different person called me (I was set this expectation) and asked for my information over the phone, only to direct me to a website to fill out a form with the same information I gave them. (Is that the norm here?)
They sent me two texts re my insurance info That they couldn’t find it(military insurance). Now, I am at fault for not responding to the text messages, however, I called today, left a message and got a call back from a person named Chi(?) and I really did not appreciate the way she talked to me. She sounded a bit rude over the phone. She explained the issue in a bit of a demeaning tone. She changed her demeanor when I also changed my tone and when I asked for them to delete my info and remove me from their call list. We then ended the call with her giving a sarcastic “bye”.
