V P Twice now, they have patched a tire for me. Lots of places wont do that any more cause they want to sell you a tire. These folks are friendly and quick. If I had a business, I would want someone like the big guy whos working there. He was managing two and three jobs at the same time. I was in and out. Reasonable prices.

Mindy Workman Robbie is absolutely amazing. I almost dont want to rate them, so they dont get any busier than they already are. Lol. Honest, reliable service, and you cant say that often these days.

amaris tyson I took my car to 5 places & everyone kept saying nothing was wrong with it. I even took it to the dealership I bought it from still no help. M&R figured out what was wrong with it and fixed it fast also save me almost $200! Very friendly & helpful staff most definitely will be back!!

Quinnshanda Mincey I appreciate how these guys were able to see me right away, and fixed my tire with so many other cars in line to be serviced next. They are very knowledgeable in handling cars. Check them out if you need great car servicing.

db I had an emergency mechanical issue while traveling in the area, and Northside was the nearest option. Daphne and her team were capable and courteous, ordered the necessary parts, made the repair, and I was underway the following day. Their good reputation with Douglas, GA residents seems well deserved.

Mahoganee 10/10 would recommend.. I was in and out within mins. He squeezed me in to replace my headlights and bumper. Great communication Great service. He most definitely gained a new customer.

Brian Im not one to write reviews, but I had an amazing experience with this companys tow service and if someone was in my shoes, I would want to know the kind of service involved, as I love and take care of my old vehicle. Simply put, there I was, on one of those Mondays...waiting with my insurance company on the phone, girlfriend, and fresh groceries... for a few hours... for someone to pick up my call.... in front of Walmart... middle of Valdosta... when Kaleb from Dons Body Barn from Douglas called already on the way! We were just outside their service range, but for some odd and fortunate reason for me, they decided to help this outsider out. I saw the truck coming a ways off from its style and paint without my glasses, very professional. Their sweet rig made it a breeze to load up and go. There was plenty of room in this rigs comfy cab. The smooth ride home was the most pleasant part of my day. Kaleb made everything look easy and on the drop off, even got my trucks fuel pump to work again... Anyways, it safe to say I wouldnt hesitate to call this company up again if I was in the same situation again.
