5 /5 Yve Harris: Very welcoming atmosphere which is how every place of worship should be. Diverse atmosphere. Really come as you are dress can be tastefully casual. Coworker invited us for Sunday friends and family day. Message was clear and very scripture focused. Golf cart transport to the front door. Didn’t have to wait it was as if they saw us turn into the lot and was there when we got out the vehicle. Looking forward to visiting again .

1 /5 Jonathan Yuro: I generally try not to leave bad reviews every time I’m disappointed but I feel my disappointment is valid I dedicated my life to the lord at a very young age and have always helped others. As an adult I only ask for help when absolutely needed, matter of fact. I have never asked a church for help. Even personally when I’ve struggled financially and emotionally I figured I would tough it out whilst the church sent money and missionaries over seas not knowing I was hurting right in front of them. But the one time in my life I ask a church for something - regarding someone 2 miles from their location(not even for myself), led alone a church the size of second Baptist, I can’t get anyone to follow through I have sent a total of 7 messages the pastor even called to see what was up and never followed through. Don’t worry second Baptist I drove 6 hours to help the lady move in myself - keep posting all of your good deeds on Facebook as if you’re heaven sent. If you’re reading this please be careful where you spend your time and money these people do not actually help they only post their good deeds on social media for the world to see.

5 /5 Melanie Henson: It seems a bit odd to review a church, but Im hopeful this will encourage others to attend and support Second Baptist. My family and I have attended about three times thus far. Were impressed with the pastor and his full reliance on the Bible for his sermons. Fortunately, the pastors primary focus appears to be grounded in truth and leading others to Christ. While some may be opposed to the pastors willingness to stand on the word in response to controversial topics, Im grateful for his faithfulness, obedience, and leadership. I believe He is the central focus at Second Baptist.

5 /5 Rebekah Wright: I feel loved here. I love the children’s programs. But the preacher is the best part of all. Well…. Really everything! The Wednesday night family supper saves me a lot of money, has a great fresh baked potato/salad bar/chili and plenty of old fashioned southern food if that’s what you want. It gives a time to connect, visit, and support. They still have a full choir, orchestra, and praise group with a band. Awanas gives my boys an opportunity to learn about God. I feel safe placing them in the life groups ( Sunday school ) classes. I love the intimate Bible studies offered on Wednesdays nights.
