Kundra at the front desk, takes time to explain all the costs and makes the insurance procedure easy. Brittany Did my deep cleaning and it was painless. She is a caring compassionate woman and takes the time to explain the procedure in detail. I highly recommend this office . You will not be disappointed.

You can ask Kendra anything and she’s happy to help. I have never found a dentist as good and ethical as Dr Alejandro.

1 /5 Sue Axelrod: Disappointing and a total waste of my time. I had a good experience at the Woodstock location and had eagerly awaited the opening of this one closer to home, but clearly not all locations are the same. I made an appointment for a cleaning. They took xrays and poked around in my gums and made me sit in the chair and wait while they created a plan for me. Then an hour and 10 minutes after my appointment time, the office person went over my treatment plan which included deep cleaning worth $3k extra, but still my teeth hadn’t even been cleaned, which was the purpose of my visit. Weird, wouldn’t my regular cleaning have been a great place to start? To be fair, when I vocalized my disappointment, the office lady said the hygienist would be free in 20-30 minutes if I wanted to wait, which was 90 minutes beyond my appointment time. No thanks. You wasted enough of my time, and that will not happen again. What a racket.
