1 /5 Hosea Dixon: This company is very unethical and extort hundreds of dollars from hard truckers daily. I was charged $257 while sitting in my truck. The guy snuck up and put an air lock on my truck and then said pay us $257 or get towed and pay $700. Then he said hurry up or the price is going up. Then I called the office and his wife said we get a few of y’all every day at this time. Below are pictures of the sign that your supposed to get numbers off of to call. . It’s troubling knowing that people intentionally treat people like this. P s before i pulled off another truck parked behind me and the guy said nothing to the driver but pulled down the road and parked on the side so he could sneak back up there and extort the next driver

5 /5 Nicholas McCullers: I was highly satisfied with the assistance provided to me by R&R. My wifes vehicle was having issues that led to it not being able to crank. I contacted R&R who quickly came and even gave a suggestion that led to the vehicle going to the appropriate shop which led to a quick and easy repair. I highly recommend R&R for any towing needs.

1 /5 Aaliyah Ali: The only positive this company has is they answer their phone. This company is built off entrapment! The “no parking sign or you will be towed” is bend and not visual. We were in the truck when the man placed the air lock on our trailer tire. We didn’t even park. We were standing. If the sign was visual, we would have paid the $20 to park although we were just standing. They charged us $275 for standing. Then told us they are supposed to tow us and charge $600. So they are not even doing their job properly.
