Candice Jones I certainly dont appreciate this company putting people in DANGER daily. All day trucks pull out in front of people. This morning a truck pulled out just feet away from me taking up 2 lanes while Im going down a major highway with my child in the car. I had to slam my breaks Absolutely unnecessary and DANGEROUS.

irielle foster Shawn was amazing. I brought my car to him to have him look at a few things on it. He fixed in a timely manner and made sure it was road ready for me. He even fixed my door that made a noise when I opened it. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone. He knows what he’s doing. Thank you so much.

Tim J Gary has treated my wife, mother-in-law, & myself like family. Will never go anywhere else to have a vehicle worked on unless absolutely forced to! Fairly priced and doesnt rip you off, like a lot of automobile service places will. Also, took time to educate me on further maintenance advice(s) for upkeep.

JB Williams 2 years ago, my Toyota Tundra truck was 15 years old and needed some work on the air conditioning during the hot summer of 2023. Don did a great job and I have been cool ever since. Today I dropped off my wifes car for some air system work and Don was kind enough, as he was leaving for the day, to drive me back to our house, A few miles away, In the direction opposite from the way he goes home, so I would not have to walk in the heat. That is not standard of course, So I was very fortunate that he was able to take the time today. Thank you very much Don!!!

Jean K I was referred to Jackson Collision Center by David at J R Auto (off Hwy 42 S). Jackson Collision Center is extremely knowledgeable and very reasonable. More importantly, they take great pride in seeing that each customer is attended to promptly and thoroughly in friendly and professional manner. They also have a mascot name Rose (a mini Schnauzer) who is a perfect delight. I felt like I had known them for a long time by the time my first visit was over. Professional, warm hearted and friendly - it pretty much does not get better than that.

Jay Welch Was traveling when I had bearing problem and didnt know anyone in McDonough. I wound up here and this man got me back on the road in 30 minutes at a reasonable price. Life saver!

74nova88mc Very knowledgeable shop owner. Great staff, looking forward to getting some work done. Other customers seem really excited to drop their rides off here. Jeremy was able to diagnose my truck, bent push rod and after I got the truck back, my camshaft sensor was showing and he got that straight as well. Very thorough with high performance rides. They also installed a fuel pump on my Monte Carlo.

edwin murray I have had 2 vehicles repaired and I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs a good shop for repairs. They will work with you and are an honest place to do business.
