Iola Robinson I am a 73 year old female and have been using PN Auto, Paul, as my mechanic. Anytime I have a problem with my vehicle Paul always has the solution. His rates are the most reasonable that I have seen in a long time. He is friendly and usually have repair done within hours, unless its a major repair and he has to order parts. I know you will be very satisfied with his work. I drive a long way just to get my car to him. Paul, you are the best!!

Lb Carl Great work at a fair price. If you are one of those customers who feel entitled, you might not like them, but if you are looking for reliable repairs, at a fair price, check them out. Some of the low reviews are most likely the people service people hate to see coming. This shop has been her for at least thirty years. They would not be here that long if they were bad!

Mia Sinkfield Went to Alex today 3/13/24 his services were GREAT. My first time visiting him and I absolutely love him he is now and forever my mechanic l. I had my two small babies with me and he wanted to honor getting my car done in a GREAT time. I had my Cadillac converter done and it gave me a good price on it was a life time warranty I will be back to him. 1000000% RECOMMEND he stayed in touch with me when I dropped my car off love how professional he is. Janice Jackson I have been bringing my vehicles to AutoTech for years. They do a diagnostic test and tell you what the issue is and the cost of repairs. They give you the option of whether or not you want them to fix it. I have had other issues they found not related to what I bought the vehicle in for. They notified me and explained what was found and if I wanted it fixed. They didnt just fix the problem without my knowledge or permission and then demand payment. Marvin and his whole team are exceptional and professional. I have always been greeted with kindness. I highly recommend this shop.

Barry Jerald I was searching for repair shops for my 2020 GT500. The A/C went out and my extended warranty company gave me a list of shops in the area. This place was not listed but I called them, and they had worked with my extended warranty company before. Brandy was very friendly and helpful with my issue. I brought my car in, gave her the warranty contract number and their customer service line and she did the rest. They diagnosed the issue and immediately got the repairs approved through my warranty company. Brandy sent me an UV light photo to show exactly where the leak on my condenser was. They had to order the new part from Ford because they were not going to put some third-party Auto Zone parts in my car. I am very thankful for that. They got my car repaired as soon as the part came in and I got my car quicker than I originally thought. The service and the friendly all get five stars. I would recommend this shop for repairs and if my car ever needs service again, I will be back. Brandy really made it easy with her dealing with the extended warranty company.
