Gerald Cummings Honest & did excellent work. I am very happy with the repairs. Just need to follow up with customer to give updates on when the car will be ready. My car was not ready as promised due to them starting the repair work late and not calling to inform me. My car sat in their shop for a couple of days before they started the repair work. I had to call to get updates.

Mia Sinkfield Went to Alex today 3/13/24 his services were GREAT. My first time visiting him and I absolutely love him he is now and forever my mechanic l. I had my two small babies with me and he wanted to honor getting my car done in a GREAT time. Tiffany Stoney I’ve been taking my car to Metro Auto Services since last August for oil changes and repairs. Mr. Thomas and his team does a wonderful job. They are friendly and they are knowledgeable on all parts of your car. My coworker referred me to them and I highly recommend. Their prices are very reasonable, especially if you own a Lexus and do not want to pay the dealership costs with low quality repairs. Car repairs and oil changes have been really quick but with quality. I highly recommend.

Jack I recently bought a new (used) car. Everything seemed good until the AC went out 9 days after I purchased. I dropped my car off after hours ok Sunday evening and by Monday afternoon, I had a diagnosis. I also received a detailed description of all other things I should be made aware of. But Tuesday afternoon my car was ready for pick up and I’m enjoying ice cold air again. They also provide a 3 year/36k mile warranty on this particular repair. Talk about assurance! I will definitely be using Christian Brothers for future repairs / maintenance.

Some of the low reviews are most likely the people service people hate to see coming. This shop has been her for at least thirty years. They would not be here that long if they were bad!
