5 /5 Lindsey Holland: I have had the most amazing experience with Dr. Baker! She is the new owner of North Macon Dental and she is epitome of client care!! She addressed all my questions, needs and concerns prior to deciding on her strategy! Dr. Baker & her team (who is not to be overlooked) made me feel secure in my new front bottom crowns! They had me ready to go- in a bride-to-be emergency situation, without any hesitation!! Dr. Baker took the time to revisit my labs, charts and made sure she color matched to a tee! If thats not enough, she did it all, without one bit of pain! And right on time! I could not be more grateful for Dr. Baker and her team!

3 /5 Courtney Mantel: It’s a good office. I enjoyed my dentist and the hygienist & office staff were great. But they are overloaded. I was called less than 2 hours prior to my scheduled appointment that the hygienist was sick and they needed to cancel my appointment. They said a coordinator would contact me. I never heard back from them. I called yesterday to ask if maybe I’d fallen through the cracks and was told their next available opening was 8 months from now. I understand. People get sicks. Kids get sick and moms need to take care of their kids. But I feel that there should be an extra hygienist on staff that can help to crate a bridge for situations like this. And that the answer should be better than we will see you in 8 months. By that time I’m already more than 2 cleanings behind schedule. It’s a good clinic but clearly they need more staff.

5 /5 Kevin Flanagan: I always look forward to seeing Cassidy, she’s always on time and she’s so polite, knowledgeable and ready to answer any concern. She replaced my decades long dental hygienist and I was apprehensive getting her, but it’s always a blessing to have her! If I have anything needing addressed she has that person get right on it so all the blanks are filled.

1 /5 Michael Townsend: I come here twice a year for cleaning and have had a great experience until this year. My wife and I have been going to NM Dental for 6 years for routine cleanings and X rays, every 6 months that was fully covered by my dental insurance. North Macon charged $96 for “additional X-rays” saying I consented to having them, when I was under the impression that they were routine X-rays. There was no talk that these were not part of the routine X-rays covered by insurance prior to X-rays bending done so I was shocked when I received a bill from NM Dental. In the 6 years of being a patient here, I NEVER had to pay any additional money outside of insurance until this year. My wife called and spoke to someone in billing who claimed that I consented to having additional X-rays which is not true. I was told that it was time to have updated X-rays, but nothing about additional ones. I believe that NM Dental started doing this to get more money out of their patients. My wife will also get a $96 bill for the X-rays after a recent visit for the same reason, although she didn’t consent to them either. Needless to say, we will have find another dentist to go to for cleanings. This is the response I get from them after calling and trying to work out the charges. They insist that I was told about the extra charges for additional X-rays.

5 /5 Ashley E: I absolutely love this dentist office!! Everyone is always very friendly and professional. Cassidy is an amazing dental hygienist! She always makes it a pleasant experience. Dr. Baker is a terrific dentist. She explains everything very thoroughly and has such a bubbly personality! This truly puts my mind at ease when I’m having work done. Thank you Cassidy, Dr. Baker, & the rest of the staff for being the best practice around!!
