5 /5 Monique Greggs: I just want to give a huge shoutout to Mobile Vehicle Mechanics, LLC for coming through for me! I prayed and prayed for someone who would be reasonable, trustworthy, and actually get the job done right—and they delivered. They replaced my valve gasket and had everything done in a timely manner, with great communication throughout the process. It’s so hard to find someone dependable when it comes to car repairs, but I can honestly say I’ve found my go-to. I’ll definitely be using them again for anything else I need. Thank you so much again for your excellent service and for working with me!

1 /5 Tiffany Leverett: The issues started from the very beginning. We called them because their ratings were pretty good btw. Called them around 10 am they told us they wouldn’t be able to get out to us until 2pm. So we waited on the side of the road. While setting the appointment the lady explained that there was $125 fee to come out but that if we chose to do the work with the company it would go towards the final bill. Also they changed the fee from $125 to $175 prior to the mechanic coming. The mechanic showed up didn’t put a tester on the vehicle or anything automatically told my husband that it was the head gaskets and that he could fix the truck for him and priced us out and we set up a date to do the work. When it got closer to the date of service we called from several different numbers multiple times to the mechanic and directly to their office with no response and no call back. When we finally got in touch with someone in the office they were extremely rude and told us they don’t answer the phone when the weather is bad and that the mechanic had not put any notes in the system and that they could not get in touch with said “mechanic”. Also they said they didn’t know why the mechanic would state that he would do the work and price us out for head gaskets because they were only mobile mechanics they do not have an actual shop. (This was not originally told to us when we made the appointment) which would have most likely made us go elsewhere from the start. We asked for a refund and were denied because they said it was an automatic fee for them to come out. But had they expressed to us prior that if the work required a shop they would not be able to do anything for us we would have never used them in the first place. The service from beginning to end was horrible and we are now out of $175 on top of having to get our vehicle towed on top of now having to find someone else to do the work. It was a waste of time and resources.

5 /5 Michelle Karim: Needed my car serviced. The appointment was easy to book. The technician arrived in a timely manner. He quickly assessed my car and informed me of what needed to be done. They were a bit expensive for me and I did get two different price quotes from the person who answered the call and the actual mechanic who serviced my vehicle. The mechanic was very quick and my car is running smoothly again.

5 /5 Sharon Ellison: This was my first time using a mobile mechanic and was kind of not sure if I should. After talking to Keith he made me feel comfortable about using their service and I felt like my car would be in good hands. My mechanic Gerald was so nice and very respectful he has so much drive to get your car running like it should. Mr. Lee provided excellent service as well he made sure Gerald work was up to standard and my car would be fixed properly. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Everything Keith explained to me they did just that. Great communication throughout the entire process. I was very relieved to see this company is not a scam just to get your money they really care about their customers. I’m sold they are my one call that’s all. THANKS TO THE ENTIRE TEAM for making this a great experience

Then, Anthony the mechanic followed in Keith footsteps by giving me top notch service as well! Anthony is an AWESOME mechanic! My car runs smoothly! I highly recommend Mobile Vehicle Mechanic.
