5 /5 Mike Curry: Like so many others in the reviews here, we were traveling down I-75 when our van overheated right at the Cordele exit. After some Googling I called Frasers since they seemed to do repairs as well as towing the vehicle. I was so hesitant to send our vehicle to a mechanic we didnt know but we had no other option.
A driver arrived within 15-20 minutes of us calling for a wrecker and took us to a local hotel. He was friendly and told us to call early Monday morning to check on the status of our vehicle, as we broke down on a Saturday and the shop was closed on the weekend.
I called Monday morning and they were looking at the vehicle, and by 3:45pm they had made the necessary repairs and said it appeared to be running fine, and they even offered to pick me up from the hotel as we could not find a way to the repair shop. Thankfully all that was needed was a new thermostat, but the tow bill plus the repair was much more reasonable than I had expected. I did not see any unnecessary, excess charges, and they never tried to upsell me on anything. We got back on the road, drove another 300 miles south, then a week later drove 850 miles home and never had another issue with our vehicle.
Highly recommend Mike Frasers if you break down on I-75 near Cordele.
