5 /5 Lee Islove: I took my children to Franklin Dental for two consecutive days, and I encountered the same staff each time. The facility is exceptionally clean, and the atmosphere is pleasant. The staff members are highly professional, assisting you from the moment you arrive. They work efficiently while ensuring thoroughness in their tasks. The entire team collaborates seamlessly. Today, I returned to have my daughters teeth extracted and had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Smith. Her soothing voice and the way she communicates with children are invaluable; she ensures they feel involved throughout the procedure. She was accompanied by Kania, who demonstrated professionalism and provided informative support. The receptionists are also commendable, particularly one worker with red hair whose name I did not catch; she is exceptionally friendly and performs her duties, including taking X-rays, with great skill. I would highly recommend this dental practice, rating it a perfect 10 out of 10.

4 /5 Deidra Everett: This was our first visit. We came for oral surgery. The wait time was little long at the beginning. The service was okay. The staff was nice. They talk really fast providing information but other than that the service was good.

5 /5 Maddix Benson: I’ve never had a great experience at Dental offices but Franklin Dental has changed the game. The wait times are quick, they assistants are professional and kind. My son even said “this is my favorite dentist I’ve been to” he’s 16 now and he’s been to quite a few different places. I think we finally found one can feel content about coming back to!

4 /5 H M: Review In Real Time: 1. The office is packed with people. Seems that they book too many patients for the same time slots. Which causes extremely long wait times. 2. I came in and sat down at 8:15 am, there was a large number of patients already seated. It’s now 10:00 am and they are still waiting to be seen. They are calling patient names in groups, however been over an hour since they’ve called anyone else. 3. The waiting area is neat and clean and the bathrooms are clean as well. 4. The staff is very nice and don’t mind answering patient questions especially regarding the very long wait. After waiting nearly two hours to be seen a patient asked how much longer would the wait be, and the lady calling patients to the back politely asked for their names, and then informed them that she didn’t know how much longer it would be. I understand that this is a place for families on Medicaid or have low income, however that’s no excuse for these very long wait times. There are dental offices that see low income patients, but they are very good with patient appointment management. It’s important to value the time of patients. Book appointments with reasonable wait times. It’s simple, Don’t overbook appointments. I will add once again, that the staff seems to be a group of very kind people who are doing their best to deal with what seems to be office mismanagement. The 4 stars are for them.
