John Dawn Gibson Drove from Nashville to Varnell, GA to pick up a 1965 Mustang. Once we arrived the car would not roll so called Franks based off of their Google reviews and I’m so glad we did. They got the car out of the shop that it had been sitting in for 10 years loaded on the rollback and then set on our trailer like it was nothing. Outstanding customer service!

Jackie Dills Terry is always honest and does a very good job. Anytime I have brought a vehicle for service, he has done the job for a lot less than the dealers charge. I trust Terry with any mechanical issues I have with my vehicle.

I was traveling on 75 Northbound when I experienced car trouble in the form of a stalled motor. Being far from home and traveling for vacation, I had no idea who to trust, so I called a fleet management service and the guy that answered the phone highly recommended Whitley auto service. Well, I called around 12:30pm and asked if they could help me. They said they hate to see anyone stranded and agreed to let me have it towed there. Well, I needed an alternator and Whitley had me back on the road by 2:30pm!!! And they followed up with a text to make sure I was doing ok after the work. I have no idea when i will be back in that area- but I want to thank these guys ! they are amazing!!!! As a publisher for a community magazine, these guys embody the spirit of what community means!!!!!!!! You wont get that from a corporate store!!!

Lalo Fraire Such a badass experience with them. I would highly recommend as I was beyond satisfied with their service. The only thing that kinda sucked was the time frame in which the work was done but that was through no fault of their own and they even been the expected deadline by 2DAYS ! Safe to say that I would definitely go through them again.
