Paige Holmes I had such a pleasant experience today. I had a 6 month check up and it was my first time visiting this location under the new management. I had such a great experience and highly recommend! The entire staff was extremely welcoming and I didn’t feel any pressure to get any additional services that I didn’t need. Manjari was a wonderful hygienist who made me feel extremely at ease and taken care of. Phyllis was an absolute pleasure at the front desk - and so was Janet. Highly recommend this office and especially this team!!!!

Richard Hall I can’t say enough good to do justice about my experience so for after a tooth that broke off on Wednesday night, Thursday they got me in and Friday they extracted and built a temporary bridge for the holidays. Everyone from the front desk to my dentist Dr Mahmoud were all very helpful and understood my emergency. What a great experience! Thank you to the entire staff

The dental assistants were very nice and knowledgeable. They were very willing to help! Sophia the office manager is the best and was great at explaining my treatment. I’d give 10 stars if I could! Marta Bilous This is truly the best dental clinic our family has ever been to! The staff is always so warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to see you, it makes such a difference. They really listen to your needs and do everything they can to make each visit as comfortable as possible. What we love most is their flexibility and willingness to accommodate us, no matter what. It feels like they truly care, not just about our teeth, but about us as people. Even our 10-year-old daughter, who used to be scared of dentists, now walks in with a smile…something we never thought wed see! Aaaand while she’s in the chair, I get to enjoy the most delicious cookies in the waiting area. It almost feels like a little treat for both of us! It’s the small things like this that make the experience so special. We’re so grateful to have found this clinic. It’s not just a place to get dental work done; it’s a place where we feel cared for. Highly, highly recommend!

We enrolled as first time visiting patient last year and this was our second follow up visit. Dr Shannon was amazing, kind, thorough, and truly attentive to their needs. I felt so comfortable knowing my kids were in such great hands. I would definitely recommend Dr. Shannon to anyone looking for top-notch care for their children. This facility is very clean, organized and with many smiling faces on reception! This gives us very positive energy and comfort when interacting with the staff. Always smiling and caring staff! Chrissy My daughter had a horrible first experience with her prior dentist when she was younger. Yesterday we saw the group here and the were FANTASTIC with her. They kept her calm, eased her anxiety (along with mine) and made her visit as relaxing as going to the dentist could be. She has to have several procedures done and at the age of 5 told me she cant wait to go back so they can finish helping make her smile pretty again! Thank you so very much for taking AMAZING care of my little one.

Cheryl From entering into the waiting room until walking out is always a peaceful and pleasant experience. The ladies in the office are always welcoming and helpful. The dental hygienist’s are all sweet and do a fabulous job when taking x-rays all the way to the end of the cleaning process. Dr. Grady is quick to make the last look over. Thanks to the team for making the trip to the dentist an easy one.
