Jeff Baker We were travelling down to Georgia from Ohio to see our son at Fort Benning (Ranger graduation) and had a wheel bearing go bad, we had just gotten into Georgia when I realized it was going out. I got on my phone and started looking for shops just outside of Atlanta and noticed the good ratings for Jett Autocare. I gave them a call and spoke with Paul and explained the situation and the time crunch we were on. I had already secured a rental vehicle a few miles away from Jetts so all we had to do was make to it to the shop before it went out. We made it to the vehicle rental place and then just made it to Jetts. We dropped our vehicle off on a Wednesday evening and it was done by Thursday evening (front wheel bearings on both sides and front brake job - actually done a day early from what he had originally told me). Service was fast and price was good for all the work that was done. When I initially spoke with Paul on the phone he was clear and honest about the repair schedule and showed a real concern for our safety getting down to them. Cant thank them enough for getting our vehicle repaired and getting us back on the road and safely home. Thank you guys for doing a GREAT job!!!

Gregory Witherspoon I had water in my rear right passenger door. I was quoted a reasonable price and I was seen the same day. When I arrived I was greeted as if they knew me. My matter was addressed immediately. It was thought that the door panel would need to be removed but the mechanic looked at it and instantly knew the fix. It was repairs and I was there less than 20 minutes. I’d definitely bring my car back for any repairs and I’d recommend them to anyone

Toi Deal I brought my car to Max when my alternator went out. I knew my car needed other work but the alternator was main issue at the time. Max not only fixed my alternator but physically explained to me other things that were wrong and in what order I needed to get them fixed. Very informative and honest. I know my way around cars (for the most part) and he showed me exactly where each problem was. I also lost my job the day my alternator went out and Max put me in touch with some people that he knew in my line of work to help me. Very good guy!! Prices were very reasonable as well. Thank you so much Max!!

Aletha Gill My family and I have been coming to service street for years! Weve gotten the oil change packages, tire rotation, replacements, headlights changed, filters upgraded, etc. Yesterday Adam went above and beyond with customer service and Id like to give him kudos, along with Jeff at the front desk and all the other staff. I know I can trust them for all my basic car needs. 10/10 would recommend!

The technicians did a thorough evaluation of my car, fixed what i brought it in for and made recommendations for future needed repairs in a prioritized list. They did a good job with my car and I will definitely take my other cars to them when needed. They are trust worthy, professional, and friendly.

Having an expensive car with expensive repairs, I know I received the best deal on pricing for the repairs by their certified mechanics. No shade-tree mechanics over there. Christina’s customer service is TOP NOTCH! She thoroughly explained the repair details and was patient with my gazillion questions… and that made a world of difference! wes frey28 Met with Mac and Jesse today to get a pre-purchase inspection. I was blown away with their warm approach and openness, inviting us to follow them from the beginning to the end of the inspection. I’m sure today wasn’t too busy for them and results may vary, but they made me feel like I was making the most informed and educated decision possible. No exaggerating the flaws to get more business down the line and absolute transparency, with the owner Mac even telling me where I could go for a better price. They have definitely earned my business and trust in the future. Don’t be afraid of the few bad reviews they have, their new mechanic team is top-notch and the boss seems unafraid to get his hands dirty. Really refreshing to get the honest opinion of a hands-on mechanic, rather than a pre-packaged (and liability-concerned) mechanics report. Great and knowledgeable people.

david hall Customer service and repairs is top tier. Ive had to do major repairs here twice and Porche always goes out of her way to help me. I highly recommend this shop.
