1 /5 Jimmy Selbo: Run like hell!Never take your car to this mechanic!Not only did he keep my car for almost 3 months,When I picked it up,the tire was flat,I had to buy a new tire&Its worse then it was when I took it to him.I had to buy the parts & take the parts to him because every week he would give me excuses why he hadn’t fixed it.Still reads on dash power steering needs serviced,he charged me 600 for putting a new power steering pump&when I took it to him,he said I needed a new transmission.after I got it back,I can’t even tell what gear I’m in& check engine light came back on.The gear shifter will hardly go into drive.Now I have to sale my car for parts after paying him almost 3000.When I cranked car up the day I picked it up,I heard a loud rattle under car,he said a mount that is cracked that for me to go buy the part&he will install it.He cracked the transmission mount & put my car back together like that instead of running to the auto zone& buying a new one& doing the job right.He damaged my car so bad,That all I can do now is sale it for parts.They dnt fix anything,they just charge you through in new partsThe next day after picking up my car from him,I went and hooked up a code reader,it threw 9 codes,some was power steering & others were transmission & these are the 2 things he replaced charging me over 3,000 and kept my car for 3 months!.He gives mechanics a bad name.This is why people dnt trust mechanics.Now not only am I out 3000,I have to sale my car for parts,I have to save& buy another one.Stay away from this mechanic!
